Pages is a great way to explain content and to organize material in a way that helps the student. What could you use it for?
Create a Welcome message at the top of your page, and update throughout the course with important information.
Create a template that can be duplicated across weekly folders that lets you explain the contents of the folder, learning objectives, order of assignments, etc.
Use Pages to also embed media content from YouTube, Google Slides, etc.
