The Academic Senate is composed of the following voting members:
1. 14 faculty elected at-large (of whom 6 must have tenure).
2. One elected faculty representative from each of AH, NSS, PS, and SOBE.
3. The President, the Chief Academic Officer (Provost), the Chief Financial Officer, and
the Chief Student Affairs Officer of the College.
4. Two student representatives.
